We've added Subscription Options to the Hive

We have finally finished a subscription plan process that will also allow clients to subscribe to website hosting or technical and security updates via various payment terms and be automatically charged to their credit card. The benefit to clients is that we're expanding payment terms (monthly, quarterly, semi and annual) and the benefit to Honeycomb is that invoices and payments are automated (so less bookkeeping work).

The other major project that we completed is prepaid Support Credits. This allows clients to purchase Support Credits (at a reduced rate) with their credit cards. Support Credits are applied to website updates or various other (small) client requests. Support Credits are billed in 15-minute increments versus 30-minute blocks and are offered at a lower cost than our standard project rate. Support Credits can be purchased on an as-needed basis and do not require a subscription. You can purchase Support Credits in the new 'Packages' area of our Client Portal.

We Can Help You Source PPE

Do you need PPE for your company? We have numerous suppliers that can provide face masks, face shields or floor graphics. One supplier will even print logos on face masks.

Some of the suppliers are 'trade only' but for COVID-19 supplies we can place an 'at-cost' order for you. Others will deal directly with end-users, and we're happy to pass on their contact information. We came across a Port Kells company (that we do NOT know) that manufactures a face shield that attaches to a baseball cap - check out Cap Shield.

If you're looking for or need something, don't be shy about asking - we may have a source for you.

We're are keeping busy, but we are always ready for more!

We've picked up a couple of new clients, and a few long-term clients are adding upgrades to their projects, but we still have some 'extra capacity'.
