1 credit = 1 hour of work

• Support Credit rate is $90/hr
• Requests are billed in 30-minute increments.

• Support Credits are billed in 15-minute increments.
• Add more credits when you need them.
• Support credits are cheaper than Invoiced Requests.

Invoiced Requests:
Standard Invoiced rate is $100/hr
Requests are billed in 30-minute increments.
Invoiced Requests are billed at the end of the month. So if you’re quick, you can purchase Support Credits for work already done.
